By using AIOPet you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use AIOPet.

AIOPet does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, or emergency assistance. Any information generated by the app is provided solely for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional veterinary examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Users are solely responsible for decisions made regarding their pets' health and welfare. AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd accepts no responsibility for actions taken or not taken based on information provided through the app.

Responses generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccurate interpretations. Users should independently verify any important information before acting upon it.

If a pet is experiencing difficulty breathing, collapse, seizures, poisoning, severe bleeding, suspected fractures, heatstroke, or any other potentially life-threatening condition, seek immediate veterinary care. Do not rely on AIOPet for emergency guidance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

Subscription terms, pricing, billing, and cancellation are set out in our Subscription Terms.

Deleting your AIOPet account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel your subscription via Settings → Manage Subscription or through your payment provider before deleting your account, or you will continue to be charged.

You retain ownership of all information you submit to AIOPet, including pet profiles, health notes, and chat messages. By using AIOPet, you grant AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely as necessary to provide and operate the service. AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd will not use your content for any purpose beyond operating the service.

AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of AIOPet. The service may be temporarily suspended, changed, or unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, technical issues, security measures, or third-party provider outages. AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from service unavailability.

You may not use AIOPet for any of the following:

• Any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the service.
• Uploading harmful, offensive, illegal, or malicious content, code, malware, or viruses.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
• Automated scraping or harvesting of data from the service.
• Circumventing subscription limits or access controls.
• Attempting to train competing AI systems using outputs from AIOPet.
• Excessive automated requests designed to disrupt service performance.

All intellectual property rights in AIOPet, including software, branding, content, databases, designs, graphics, and related materials, are owned by AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd.

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, licence, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the service without prior written permission from AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to the foregoing, AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd's total liability arising out of or relating to AIOPet shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, cloud provider failures, cyberattacks, strikes, natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that consumers may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
