Any information generated by the app is provided solely for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional veterinary examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Users are solely responsible for decisions made regarding their pets' health and welfare. AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd accepts no responsibility for actions taken or not taken based on information provided through the app.

Responses generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccurate interpretations. Users should independently verify any important information before acting upon it.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional veterinary advice.

The AI does not diagnose medical conditions. Any suggestion of a condition is speculative and must be evaluated by a qualified vet.

If a pet is experiencing difficulty breathing, collapse, seizures, poisoning, severe bleeding, suspected fractures, heatstroke, or any other potentially life-threatening condition, seek immediate veterinary care. Do not rely on AIOPet for emergency guidance.

Messages sent to the AI (Pro/Family plans) are processed by our AI service provider's API. We do not store your chat messages on our servers. Our AI provider's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy. For further details, contact help@aiopet.app.

The Free plan uses a pre-built knowledge base and does not send your messages to any external AI service.
