End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd (a company registered in England and Wales) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use AIOPet for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Rent, lease, or sublicence the app.
• Use the app for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Upload malicious code, malware, or viruses.
• Use outputs from the app to train competing AI systems.

All intellectual property rights in AIOPet, including software, branding, content, databases, designs, graphics, and related materials, are owned by AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights.

AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd may issue updates. By continuing to use the app after an update, you accept any revised terms.

This licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the app.

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AIOPet does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, or emergency assistance. Any information generated by the app is provided solely for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional veterinary examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Users are solely responsible for decisions made regarding their pets' health and welfare. AIO DIGITAL CREATIONS Ltd accepts no responsibility for actions taken or not taken based on information provided through the app.

Nothing in this agreement affects any statutory rights that consumers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
