Account Deletion Policy

You can permanently delete your AIOPet account at any time by going to Settings → Delete My Account within the app.

Deleting your AIOPet account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel your subscription via Settings → Manage Subscription or through your payment provider before deleting your account, or you will continue to be charged.

Before deleting your account, cancel your subscription through your app store subscription settings.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your email address and account credentials.
• All pet profiles you created.
• Your family group (if you are the owner) and all associated memberships.
• Any server-stored pet records and health data.

• Purchase records held by the relevant app store for legal and accounting purposes.
• Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (no personal data).

Chat history is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers. Deleting the app removes this data from your device.

If you are unable to delete your account in-app, email help@aiopet.app and we will process your request within 30 days.
